The Vakt platform begins with two modules — Monitor and Comply — designed to work together from day one. Both are available now.
Continuous environmental sensing across your sites, zones, and locations. Sub-minute readings, configurable thresholds, multi-channel alerting, and a complete audit trail of every reading from every sensor.
Automated compliance evaluation against the standards your institution is held to — ASHRAE Chapter 24 climate classes, CCI environmental guidelines, and other applicable frameworks. Continuous scoring, exception tracking, and exportable documentation for audits, loan agreements, and insurance.
Additional Vakt platform modules are in active development and will be released as they become available to existing customers and the market.
All platform infrastructure runs on AWS in the ca-central-1 region in Canada. Customer environmental data is stored, processed, and analyzed entirely within Canadian jurisdiction. We have built Vakt for Canadian institutions first — including those subject to PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, and federal procurement requirements.
Vakt is designed around the frameworks Canadian heritage and scientific institutions are evaluated against. ASHRAE Chapter 24 climate classes, CCI environmental guidelines, and other industry-specific standards are first-class concepts in the platform — not afterthoughts bolted on with reports.
We deploy long-life wireless sensors with up to 15-year battery life and no facility infrastructure changes. Sensors install in hours, not weeks. Once deployed, they require minimal maintenance for the lifespan of your monitoring program.
