While we finalize formal terms language, the following operational facts about Vakt's service are accurate and govern our pilot engagements:
Vakt Systems Ltd. operates a cloud-based environmental monitoring and compliance platform. The service includes sensor data ingestion, real-time dashboards, configurable alert thresholds, and standards-aligned compliance evaluation.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to or generate through the service. Vakt's role is limited to processing, storing, and transmitting your data to deliver the service.
We use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability. Specific service-level commitments are defined in pilot and commercial engagement agreements.
The service is for environmental monitoring use cases. You may not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without written consent.
Pilot and commercial engagements are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
